Privacy Policy

Effective September 2026.

Privacy is part of safety here. What you bring into Made New is tender, and most women have never told a soul. So we keep what you log as private as we can, and we tell you plainly what we collect, where it lives, and how to erase it.

What we collect:

• Your email and password. These are handled by Supabase Auth, our sign-in provider. Your password is never visible to us.

• Your onboarding answers. The name you chose, what you’re walking away from, your triggers, the hard times of your day, your goal, your identity truth, and your reminder preference.

• What you log. Check-ins, journal entries, hard-day logs, urge logs, Be Still completions, achievements, your reasons, and the verses and statements you save.

• Circle content. Your Circle’s name and invite code, your display name, and the posts and reactions you choose to share.

• Reports you file, so we can keep Circles safe.

Where it lives. Everything starts on your device. When you’re signed in, it’s also backed up to your private account on Supabase servers in the United States, so it’s safe if you change phones. Only you can read your personal data. Circle posts are visible only to the members of that Circle.

Your companion. When you talk to the in-app companion, your messages are sent to Anthropic, along with your first name, your days walked, what you named as your struggle, and your identity truth, so the reply can meet you where you are. Made New does not keep the conversation. It lives on your screen for that session only, and it’s gone when you leave.

What we never do. No ads. We never sell or rent your data to anyone. No third-party analytics and no advertising trackers.

Reminders. Daily reminders are local notifications that live on your device. They’re optional, and you can turn them off anytime in Settings.

What your Circle can see. Your display name, whether you checked in today, and your days walked. Beyond that, only what you choose to share, worded discreetly.

Deleting. Settings > Delete account erases your account and all of your cloud data, removes you from every Circle, and deletes any Circle you own. Delete all data clears this device. What stays: reports you filed and the id of the member reported, kept without your name so Circles stay safe for the women still in them.

Age. Made New is for women 17 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email support@getmadenew.app and we’ll remove it.

Security. Your data is encrypted in transit. Every table is protected by row-level security, so only you can reach your own records. Passwords are hashed by Supabase and never stored in plain text.

Your rights. You can ask to access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing support@getmadenew.app. We’ll answer as quickly as we can, and always with kindness.

Changes and contact. This policy may be updated as the app grows; meaningful changes will be shown in the app. Questions: support@getmadenew.app.
